Purpose | Provide free audio recordings of local news and other local publications and features of interest to people who are blind or partially sighted, or who have difficulty reading or holding printed versions. |

Opening Times | We post the audio recordings by first class post every Thursday or Friday. We also produce a bi-monthly magazine which is sent out at the start of every other month. |
Meeting Place | We do our weekly recordings at Methodist Church, 88 Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith SK23 0HZ, which we hire on a Thursday. the bi-monthly magazine recordings and editing are carried out by volunteers in their own homes. |
Service Costs | Our service is provided free of charge for people who ore registered blind or ore visually impaired. Articles for the blind ore accepted by Royal Mail as post free. We have to pay postage for those who ore not registered. Some listeners give voluntary donations. |
