Purpose Derbyshire Learning & Development (DLDC) exists to enable Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations in Derbyshire to identify, develop, and deliver high quality learning and development opportunities. DLDC acts as a voice for the Derbyshire VCS at local, regional and national level on issues related to learning and development and is a source of leadership, information and support. DLDC provides an accreditation service for Open College Network, City and Guilds and ASDAN qualifications, offers a tutor development programme and quarterly sessions where tutors can discuss new initiatives and share best practices.
