| Purpose | A small group of volunteers have helped us to devise a patient survey for the last two years to seek views of our service users on a number of topics. The group is also suggesting ideas to enhance the experience of patients visiting the practice. |

| Opening Times | The main group currently meets between 4 and 6 times a year. Maeetings are held in the evenings at 7pm and generally last for 1 hour. Please speak to reception if you would like to join the group |
| Eligibility Criteria | The only criteria for joining is that you must be a current patient of Elmwood Family Doctors and be prepared to abide by the terms and reference of the group. |
