Purpose Social group meeting on Thursday afternoons with social support and access to post office facilities. Door to door transport to the post office and the social group held in a community centre setting in the centre of Fairfield.

Eligibility Criteria Residents of Fairfield Community. Anyone can refer themselves or someone else to the older persons group. Referrals are also encouraged from social workers, GP's, VCS agency, carers and relatives.
