Purpose To encourage the over 50's to participate in exercise and activity with a view to improving health and fitness.
Services Walks are normally around 7 miles and graded accordingly. Occasionally a longer 10+ mile walk is included and on those days an alternative shorter walk is offered.
Three times a year we hold a 'away days' where we take a coach to somewhere much further afield, generally finishing

Service Costs New members are encouraged to join and can walk with us on three occasions before deciding to enrol.. The membership fee is currently £5.00 and payable in October from the AGM onwards.
