Purpose

Our general activities are the provision of community and specialist advocacy. This includes Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy, Mental Capacity Act Advocacy, Complaints Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy, community advocacy in Derbyshire and Paid Representative support to  those subject to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Our Enjoying Derby Wellbeing project offers a series of supported walks for those living with or recovering from Mental Ill health. We are committed to: making it possible for people with mental health problems to voice their opinions, working for improvements in local mental health service, offering quality local services, and challenging the stigma attached to mental health

Opening Times Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for Advocacy Service Walking project currently operates on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
Eligibility Criteria Anyone over the age of 18 years can use our services, however some services are specifically aimed at people who are living with or recovering from mental ill health.
Meeting Place Our services take place in a range of hospital and community settings across Derbyshire.
