Purpose Improving mental health in South Derbyshire by providing support for adults with mental health problems.
Services Drop-in access, groups and individual support, activities aimed at improving mental and physical health, sports and exercise groups, craft groups, social activities, life-skills/basic skills education, trips and outings, support with alcohol issues, bereavement counselling, benefits/housing advice and guidance, form filling.

Eligibility Criteria Adults (18+) with mental health issues (do not need a Mental Health diagnosis). We accept referrals from voluntary and statutory agencies and self-referrals are also welcome.
Meeting Place Bank House. (Other activities take place at local venues).
Service Costs We ask for a voluntary contribution of 20p per day towards hot drinks. The drop-in service and most in-house activities are provided free of charge. Thursday evening tea and social activity costs £1. Trips and outings are charged as necessary.
