| Purpose | P3 South Derbyshire Floating Support and Supported Housing Service aims to provide tenancy support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties who either live in thier own home or p3 supported housing. We offer advice,information and guidance on all aspects of tenancy sustainment, to enable individuals to maintain thier accomodation to thier full potential. Voluntary organisation for social inclusion supported/floating mental health problems. Target group: 18-65 - we have single and family accommodation in Erewash on short hold tenancy. For referral - ring for an application form. Additional services: tenancy sustainment for people in rented accommodation. P3 supported housing have projects throughout the Midlands and Derby. |
