Purpose P3 South Derbyshire Floating Support and Supported Housing Service aims to provide tenancy support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties who either live in thier own home or p3 supported housing. We offer advice,information and guidance on all aspects of tenancy sustainment, to enable individuals to maintain thier accomodation to thier full potential.

Voluntary organisation for social inclusion supported/floating mental health problems.
Target group: 18-65 - we have single and family accommodation in Erewash on short hold tenancy. For referral - ring for an application form.
Additional services: tenancy sustainment for people in rented accommodation.
P3 supported housing have projects throughout the Midlands and Derby.
Services Help in setting up and maintaining a home or tenancy. Developing domestic/life skills. Help in managing finances and benefit claims. Help in gaining access to other services, in establising social contacts and activities. Supervision and monitoring of health and well-being. Assitance in accessing purposeful activity such as voluntary work, education and employment. Help in finding other accomodation.

Opening Times We are a needs led service and operate a flexable approach to meet the needs of our clients and enhance our working relationship with external agencies. Office open 9 - 5 Mon-Fri Visitors by appointment.
Eligibility Criteria Individuals with a mental health diagnosis between the ages of 16 and 65 yrs. Referral can be by statutory agencies,self refferal.
Meeting Place Support takes place in clients homes or if appropriate at Swadlincote Office.
Service Costs Services are funded through the Supporting People programme.
