Purpose YMCA Derbyshire provides short term (up to 2 years) single room accommodation for male and female homeless people mainly between the ages of 16 and 30. In addition to accommodation support packages, a sustainable life skills programme, accredited learning programmes including initial assessments, work based learning and NVQs are offered. During school holidays a fully integrated playscheme for both mainsteam and special needs children operates.
