Purpose They aim to reduce isolation, improve self esteem and encourage people to share their views and experiences through social gatherings. They promote the importance of healthy eating through providing well balanced meals. They also give the opportunity for people from different cultures and backgrounds to meet socially and help each other. The club meets every Tuesday (12.00pm-2.00pm) at the Hindu Temple.
