| Purpose | To educate the community in the development of the arts. To broaden an understanding and appreciation of the arts through participation from within the community and wider areas. |
| Services | The Society perform 2 stage musicals each year, (1 senior and 1 youth) Also summer concerts are performed in the Heanor district. The Society are also active in the community with a concert party group offering music in smaller venues,i.e. Nursing and residential homes, restaurants, churches,senior citizen groups, W.I and rotary. The service is available generally to the community, but would suggest discussion with Secretary for further information. There is an audition to join both groups. |
