Purpose Our aim is to cut back anti social behaviour in the local community by providing the younger society a facility to encourage a healthy wellbeing and a sense of achievement. Training is under disciplined but a fun environment. We involve skipping, bag work, circuit training, various games for cardio vascular workout. To move our project on we require funding for equipment, weight training and cardio vascular equipment for general fitness.
