Purpose The aims of the group are primarily to promote the conservation of wild birds through ringing and nest monitoring studies. Also more generally to encourage, facilitate and pursue the study, recording and conservation of wild birds. Activities include ring, nest monitoring, training new ringers and liasion with other conservation organisations.
