Purpose RUBRIC is the voluntary not for profit organisation which: promotes better understanding and bringing together British, Russian and other Eastern European cultures. Relieves needs of ethnic minorities, disadvantaged children, new residents and other vulnerable groups in the local community in Derbyshire and everyone who is interested in establishing positive links between different cultures. Increases involvement of people who face barriers in participation. Preserves cultural heritage and relieves cultural isolation by bringing closer association with local community. Provides cultural and educational activities for adults and children.
