Purpose We offer people of all abilities a fun and meaningful way to improve their quality of life. Our workshops support people to create, explore and grow through the creative process of art, drama, dance, movement and music, using Creative Expressive Therapies.

We have specific programmes for adults with learning disabilities (moderate to profound) and adults experiencing mental health issues/illness. We also have specific programmes for young adults with learning disabilities, such as summer clubs.

Our programmes focus on helping participants to improve their self-confidence, self-esteem, communication and emotional wellbeing, to name a few.
Services We provide meaningful activities that involve art, drama, movement, dance and music. We work with people in one-to-one settings and in groups. Our programmes are:

Support and Network group:
Encourages individuals to take responsibility for their independence
Encourages activities within the community
Structured social interaction

We use Creative Expressive Therapies for all our programmes.

We also offer support within the community for individuals, assisting them to become independent and to support them emotionally through everyday tasks.

Opening Times We are open Monday - Friday Our programmes have staggered start dates throughout the year, if someone is interested then the best thing to do is get in touch and we can find out what is starting local to them. One-to-one sessions are delivered on the availability of the customer.
Eligibility Criteria Age 16+ Anyone who wants to develop in the areas our programmes cover. We group people to suite individual needs.
Meeting Place Derby City and Nottingham City. We do deliver our service in-house too, in peoples own homes or in care homes etc.
Service Costs There are variable costs to using our service.
