Purpose To promote alternative methods of health and to improve quality of life by practicing and managing healthier lifestyles through yoga and ayurvedic methods. To promote awareness of breathing excercise, naturopathy, mediation and accupressure through yoga.
Services 3 yoga classes a week are being run by six yoga teachers in Normanton / Pear Tree area, but aim to have classes in the whole city of Derby.
