Purpose | To run an annual folk festival and to provide music, dance and craft workshops as part of the festival. We are a not for profit organisation so any surplus from one year goes towards the next year's festival. The festival is organised entirely by volunteers - we have no paid workers. Annual folk festival in Southwell, Nottinghamshire in June. |
Services | We aim to engage local people and involve the local community so we organise many events that take place for free in Southwell itself over the festival weekend such as gigs in pubs, dance teams dancing around the town and a continental market on the Burgage. |
