Purpose We aim to provide support for all persons with Multiple Sclerosis, their families and carers, living in Chesterfield & North East Derbyshire, and to promote awareness of MS, particularly with health professionals. We provide information on all aspects of disability which will affect people with MS; we work closely with the MS Society, looking at research and treatments.
Services MS Information literature. MS 24hr telephone helpline. MS advice for newly diagnosed and carers, families. Swimming at specialist pool (heated), yoga and palates. Social coffee club meetings. Social outings and shopping. Fundraising events. Seasonal events inc barbeques, Christmas party and dinner. Quarterly newsletter.

Eligibility Criteria Anyone with MS no age limit. MS carers and families.
Meeting Place Swimming at Ashcroft Centre. Yoga and Coffee Club at Olde House Pub, Loundesley Green, Newbold, Chesterfield.
Service Costs Coffee club - free. Swimming - £4. Yoga - £3. Carers FREE. Social outings - various costs mostly subsidised.
