| Purpose | The main aim of the club is to offer a healthy lifestyle opportunity for all members of the public. |
| Services | We provide both competitive and non-competitive sport. We also have opportunities to volunteer within the clubs committee and club structure which in turn offers opportunities for training and education through the National Governing Body and other providers. Some of these training opportunties could lead to paid work in the future. |

| Opening Times | The club currently trains on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Wednesday is 20:00-21:00 and Sunday is 19:30-21:00. |
| Eligibility Criteria | The club is open to all persons. Whilst there is currently no provision within the playing structure for people with physical impairments due to the nature of the sport those with learning difficulties can take part. |
