Purpose Fitness, Fellowship & Fun (3Fs) is a community group run by Central United Reformed Church. It is non-denominational and provides mental and physical stimulation for the elderly and disabled. It's objective is to help improve and then maintain as much mobility as possible for as long as possible, thus enabling people to live more active, independent lives, thus reducing isolation and need for medical care.

Services After greeting with coffee and biscuits and a chance to interact with others, there is an hour of very simple, gentle exercises which can be done seated or standing by everyone. This is followed by a lunch and time of fellowship. Transport can be provided where needed. It is charged at £1 each way per person.

Opening Times Every Wednesday and Thursday, Coffee is served from 10.30am, the exercises run from 10.45am to 11.45am and lunch from 12 noon. The group is usually finished by around 12.30pm.
Eligibility Criteria The sessions are open to all but will be of particular interest to the elderly and those with restricted mobility.
Meeting Place At Central United Reformed Church, Becketwell Lane, Derby, DE1 1JW - the church above the shops, on the corner of Victoria Street and Becketwell Lane, above Spar and Subway. Opposite the Victoria Street Main Post Office. Entry at side by Boots.
Service Costs The first session is free. There is a £5 charge for subsequent weeks, which includes coffee, exercise and lunch. A return journey from home to the church is charged at £1 each way per person.
