Purpose | To support and open doors to homeless and vulnerable people across the East Midlands, Framework has a range of services including emergency accommodation, supported accommodation, floating support, rough sleeper support, education, employment and volunteering floating services. |
Services | Framework are lead agency for the SAFE consortia, which provides housing related support services to 16-24 year olds across the whole of Derbyshire. This includes supported accommodation (temporary) and floating support designed to help young people maintain their accommodation. |

Eligibility Criteria | As above: 16-24 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and includes those with a variety of support needs including; care leavers, young offenders, drug and alcohol issues, mental health issues, teenage parents. |
Meeting Place | Various venues accross Derbyshire, the consortia have offices based in Swadlincote, Ilkeston, Alfreton, Chesterfield and Buxton. |
Service Costs | Floating support provided free of charge, accommodation has a service charge plus rent which waries from area to area: often a Housing Benefit claim is put in to cover all or a portion of the rental charge. If clients are working, they will have to pay a portion of this, on a sliding scale. |
