Purpose The Combat Stress Helpline is a service for Veterans, their families and friends. The Combat Stress Helpline is open 24/7 and provide emotional support, a listening ear, signposting service and a range of information to people of all ages. The Combat Stress Helpline is available to people throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and is accessed by a national freephone number.
