Purpose Self Help Group for sufferers, carers. friends, and relatives, of people with Anxiety and Depression.

Meetings are held at: Guinness Northern Counties, Residents Common Room, Sidney Street, Derby, DE1 2TU
Services Self help, and Support. Information, and library of self help books. Some social activites. Guest speakers on helpful and interesting topics. Bi Monthly newsletter.
Fortnightly meetings with light refreshments.
