Purpose | The Chesterfield Filipino Community Association (CFCA) was founded in In March 19 2006 with the aim of promoting the culture, education, health and welfare of the Filipino people residing in Chesterfield and Derbyshire. The aim of the association shall be to advocate the interests and rights of members of the Filipino Community living or working in the districts of Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire, Bolsover and surrounding areas. The past and ongoing events and activities aim for the young and old members. |
Services | Cultural and traditional activities include Independence and Christmas celebration. Health promotion and physical activities - regular sports plus an event in August. Engaging in Mental Health projects - providing advice, support and signposting members to their queries and problems. |
