Purpose

To provide respite for housebound, disabled or lonely people. 
To provide a warm,  friendly environment, company, conversation, activities, intellectual stimulation and a freshly cooked meal.

Services

The members are brought to the club by volunteer drivers around 10am, when they arrive they are given coffee and biscuits and chat among themselves. Lunch is at 12 noon. Members  play board games, play cards, take part in creative activities, listen to guest speakers, watch slide shows or have discussions. Thereis usually a summer outing and a Christmas celebration.

Opening Times Alternate Wednesdays 10.00am - 2.30pm.
Eligibility Criteria Residents of Hayfield. There is a limit of 12 members. Residents can self refer themselves to the group or ask Social Services to contact us.
Meeting Place Hayfield Cricket Pavilion.
Service Costs £4 - Hot cooked lunch with dessert. Coffee, tea and biscuits are provided twice a day.
