| Purpose | For over 40 years, we’ve been passionately dedicated to supporting mental health in Derbyshire. As a specialist mental health charity, we focus on providing a warm, welcoming and professional environment for everyone we help. Our mission is simple: to empower individuals living with or recovering from mental ill health with the tools and support they need to thrive independently and lead fulfilling lives. We’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way. |
| Services | We offer non-clinical 1-1 support for those living with mental ill health. This support can include home visits, support during meetings and day-to-day activities, etc. We also run a number of short courses throughout the year including mindfulness workshops, walking groups, Sow. Grow & Eat, among others. |
