| Purpose | Gathering of patients views to provide feedback to the practice and encourage patients to take responsibility for their own and their families health. The PPG aims to act as an independent voice of the patients of the practice to gather their views to recommend and improve services offered to patients. We aim to work with the practice to help patients to take responsibility for their own and their families health and extend this to the wider community. We also act as a reporting line to the practice. |
