Purpose

Treetops Hospice is a registered charity providing free daycare and homecare for people with cancer, motor neurone disease and other similar conditions, for whom continuing care is needed. Daycare is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Complementary therapies, carer and bereavement support are also available. Homecare operates seven days a week in conjunction with the family doctor and district nurse.

Opening Times Hospice at Home is available at all times dependent on need. Other services operate at various times Monday - Friday between 09.00 and 16.00. Bereavement services are usually available during the day but may be available evenings if required.
Eligibility Criteria Adults (18+) with palliative care needs and their carers; any bereaved adult or child. Open referral for most services; the adult bereavement service is accessed by self-referral only.
Meeting Place Hospice at Home is a community service; the Bereavement Services are available at the Treetops Hospice Bereavement Centre in Sandiacre, all other services take place at Treetops Hospice in Risley.
