Purpose To prevent youth homelessness; offer opportunities, support, training and practical assistance to young homeless people in the borough of Broxtowe and surrounding areas.
Services Home Street Home - Homelessness prevention workshops delivered to Year 10/11 students in five boroughs across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Peer Impact - training for young people who have experienced homelessness culminating in the opportunity to volunteer with the project as a peer educator.

Broxtowe 3Bs Parcel scheme - provision of emergence food and toiletries packs and home starter packs to young people from the borough of Broxtowe who are/have recently been homeless.

Co-ordination of the South Nottinghamshire Interagency Homelessness Forum - quarterly meetings of professionals involved in homelessness services from the boroughs of Broxtowe, Rushcliffe, Gedling to share information, good practice and promote interagency working.

On Your Feet Magazine - written and designed in collaberation with young homeless people, the magazine acts as a stand-alone resource and as a follow up resource to Home Street Home workshops.
