Purpose Direct Help via specialist advice, advocacy and representation for families and individuals facing crisis, to prevent and alleviate homelessness, debt and housing difficulty.

We provide free independent and confidential services that offer support to the most vulnerable people in our communities; often requiring immediate intervention, support and advice face to face, or via the telephone and leading to resolution via Legal Representation.

We also offer accessible training and skills development to a wide range of vulnerable people to help reduce unemployment, and promote social and financial inclusion.
Services We provide effective, specialist advice; advocacy and representation for people that would otherwise not be able to access these services. We secure their basic needs, protect and preserve their legal rights, provide equal access to Justice and seek fairness and dignity for all our clients.

Training for all ages to assist in gaining employment, improve self-confidence, relieve social exclusion, awareness of anti-social behaviour for young people, education and support sessions in preparation for independent living for young people, health and well-being sessions, and accredited learning.
