| Purpose | Careline is a free telephone befriending service for people living in Derbyshire and the Uttoxeter area. We aim to make people's lives better by making calls to those who feel in need of support - they may be elderly, less able to get out, feeling lonely or isolated. We offer friendship to teh people we all and peace of mind to their family and friends |
| Services | The calls are made by a team of around 70 volunteers. We operate every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. We call our members every day or just a few times a week, depending on what suits them. our service is completely free. |
