Purpose

We expect young adults with disabilities who sign up with us to really want to improve their lives.  This may be to find a volunteering placement; to gain a social circle of friends, to join in with sports sessions or just to start getting out of the house more. 
Services

We provide a day centre, one-to-one support and group activities for young adults with disabilities aged 18 - 35.

Opening Times Office Opening Times Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5pm. Moving Ahead Day Centre Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am - 3pm. One to One sessions available Monday - Sunday as required.
Eligibility Criteria 18 - 35 year olds with disabilities (we do not currently provide personal care, but aim to be fully CQC registered by the end of 2015)
