A reduction of negative mental health provides greater positive physical health. 

Dawe to Door ensures and enables vulnerable adults to access all available resources in their communities. Providing primarily one to one support, we reduce mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, through Social integration. This could be anything from introduction into Community Social Groups, to going to a sporting or social event. Also offered is a one to one exercise programme, with a qualified Gym instructor. The package is completely personal to the wants and requirements of the client, and is tailored to their needs, without prejudice. 
Dawe to Door also offers a Handy Man service to all vulnerable adults; including Painting and Decorating, Gardening, and general maintenance. As an extension of this, de-cluttering and deep cleaning of properties are also available, as a holistic approach with other agencies.
