Purpose

We offer friendly support workers who are usually your first contact within our services, who will talk through with you what your requirements are.
We offer counselling services, our team of counsellors are members of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and follow their code of ethics.
Our counsellors have experience in a wide range of family & mental health issues.(Female and Male counsellors available)
If you would like to talk to any of our friendly team. Please either call us on 07467 349303 (temp number) or use the self-referral form found under the contact us button above  and someone will either email or telephone you, (your preference, please state on referral form) usually within 24 hours.
Services

Family Needs Matter provide a wide range of services covering Family Life skills including the importance of positive communication within the family environment, our aim is to assist families to work together, communicate and listen to each other to embellish childhood.We act early, to stop problems from getting worse, or ideally prevent them from happening in the first place.Early intervention means providing support and services to families as problems emerge or if there is a strong likelihood that problems will emerge in the future.This really makes a long-term difference and means a better future for children and their families.
