| Purpose | To help people with cardiac problems (plus their carers/partners/spouses) maintain and improve heart health and well-being through group exercise in a social setting coupled with continued support through ad hoc social events such as Christmas dinners, monthly walks, pub quizzes, etc. |

| Eligibility Criteria | All people with stable heart conditions, their families and/or carers, but especially patients who have successfully completed a cardiac rehabilitation programme. |

| Service Costs | Queens Park charge £2.60 which covers use of sports hall, aerobics instructor, plus teas/coffees in Queens Park café after exercise session finsished. In addition, LightHearted has a £5 per annum membership fee to help pay for leaflets, exercise shirts, administration of club, etc. |
