Purpose Derbyshire Information Advice and Support Service for Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) (formerly Parent Partnership) provides free, confidential, impartial help, information, advice and support to parents of young people with SEND up to the age of 25 about education issues or children who are at risk of or have been excluded. We cover the whole of Derbyshire except Derby City.
