| Purpose | - To improve the young person’s self-esteem through a positive relationship with a mentor. - To improve the young person’s basic literacy, numeracy and life skills. - To build the young person’s confidence through achievement. - To provide positive role models for the young person. - To empower the young person. - To reduce the potential of offending behaviour. |
