| Purpose | We are a small not for profit Community Interest Company based in Matlock, Derbyshire Dales. We aim to provide therapeutic, active and creative projects in support of mental health and wellbeing, across the life span, including for people living with dementia. We also aim to provide valuable and meaningful volunteering roles and carer support. |
| Services | Supported active volunteering opportunities for people living with poor mental health and people living with memory loss. Buddy Volunteering opportunities working with those we are supporting. Nature Based Volunteering Project at Matlock Farm Park for people living with dementia – once a month – 3rd Monday of the month. Community Garden Volunteering at the Wild Thyme Garden, Matlock – twice a month – 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Seasonal Wellbeing Activity Packs – on request. Workshops around supporting dementia care practices within the care home environment – on request |
