Description | We run monthly sessions, where carers can meet and get to know other carers looking after someone with Mental Health issues, whilst enjoying light refreshments and making friends with people who understand how caring affects them. We offer the opportunity to do arts and crafts. We organise events to raise money for our activities and organise local trips to give carers a few hours of respite. Our sessions provide advice and support to members and anyone who cares for a family member or friend with any type of Mental Health issue is welcome to attend. |
