Purpose | Our aims are 1. Help regenerate the community and environmental sustainability of the New Mills area 2. Advance education (particularly concerning asset based community development and enterprises with a community or environmental focus) 3. Provide an opportunity for public-spirited people and organisations to contribute financially to the community, with the expectation of a social dividend, rather than personal financial reward (taken from our rules) |
Services | We offer regular open afternoons (free), where people involved in the project can show visitors around the site and answer any questions. For organisations that are looking to build a hydro electric scheme, or who are interested in the fund-raising experiences that we have we offer taylored private visits, talks and tours (fee applies). |
