Purpose We are committed to work with children and young people from diverse social and economic backgrounds, a majority of who are disadvantaged or marginalised.
We provide a safe, interactive and social space for children and young people engaging them through mentoring, coaching, diversionary and positive activity, informal education, one to one support, group work and a purpose designed residential on leadership and social action.

During these activities participants have opportunities that enable them to build inter-personal relationships that are established and maintained, encourage and motivate children and young people to be ambitions towards education and career prospects.

Through our diversionary and positive activities scheme, Fusion Sports, Fusion Arts, and Fusion Mentoring, our team has first-hand experience of working with children and hard to reach young people in London Borough of Brent, London Borough of Enfield, London Borough of Tower Hamlets Borough, Essex County, Derby, Eastern Europe and Africa.

We are also privilege to have on the team youth and community work practitioners with in-depth knowledge working alongside marginalised young people in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. In London we have lead the delivery of summer university schemes for hard to reach young people to enable them develop ‘cognitive and soft skills’, including team work, youth leadership, confidence, self-esteem, character, grit, resilience and increased individual or group participation.
