| Purpose | Bolsover Mental Health Carers Support Group is a self-run group dedicated to helping to support the Carers’ of people with mental health problems. The group enables local carers to discuss issues around mental health problems, solutions and sources of help with each other i.e. people who understand the issues and can provide support, ideas and contacts, it aims to increase confidence and provide stress and anxiety relief via social contact, therapies, art and crafts and lunch together. |
