Purpose	we aim to promote healthy lifestyles through exercise
Services	we provide gymnastics and parkour and martial arts classes to children and adults of all ages and abilities. We hire out rooms for meetings and studios for aerobic type sessions. We run a young leader programme to encourage teenagers and young adults to become coaches or just improve confidence skills
