Arthritis Action is the only UK charity giving hands-on, practical help to combat the pain of arthritis through self-management and lifestyle advice. We offer people with arthritis a holistic self-management approach, looking at both the physical and mental aspects of arthritis.

We run a regular Arthritis Action Group, held every six weeks. These are a great place to meet others with the condition, share tips and hear from speakers. For information please visit our website. 

During lockdown we have been working hard to adapt our services to
support people. We are running online Arthritis action Groups via Zoom and produced a lot of information. Please see our website for dates and information.
