Purpose The aim of Stonham's Chesterfield services is to reduce the impact of homelessness and social disadvantage through its provision of specialist housing with care and support to meet a wide range of needs.
Services Stonham's Chesterfield services offer accomodation for 18 clients at any one time and provide a 7 bed core hostel, 7 self contained bed sits, two, one bedroom flats and a 3 bedroom house (for women only). We also provide Stonham's Enhanced Engagement Service (SEE Framework) which is a wrap around service that enables support for clients on our waiting list. This includes provision for bathing/showering, cooking and laundry as well as early development of a support plan which will include pre-tenancy training through HAP (Home Achievement Programme).
