| Description | We are a fully volunteer run, non profit play group in Chellaston, offering stay and play fun for babies and children aged 0 - 4 years and their parents/carers. We will meet each Monday (during term time) at Filbert, Walk Community Centre in Chellaston from 10 - 11.30am. Our sessions are very relaxed and include a variety of clean and safe toys/games for the children to use, a clean and inviting baby area, a themed craft activity each week, a healthy snack and drink for the children and of course a hot cup of tea or coffee for the grown ups! We run our group with a "free play" theme in mind, allowing the children to explore the activities as they wish during the session. We will be serving snack midway in the session to allow all children to be seated so the grown ups can safely enjoy their hot drinks whilst the children have their snacks. We like to finish each week with a song/rhyme time where we will encourage everyone to join in the fun together! The prices for our sessions are as follows; £2.50 per family (1 adult & 1 child) £1 for any additional siblings/children 50p for babies under 6 months. We are all local mums, some with little ones and some with not so little ones so any questions you may have please feel free to get in touch! We are all very friendly!
