Purpose Spirita Ltd is a community-based housing association providing a wide range of accommodation including family housing, accommodation for single people and schemes for elderly people. The Association operates a hostels initiative, which provides short-term accommodation for homeless people and support for people with drugs or alcohol problems. Move-on accommodation is also provided. The Association also has support services including Home Improvement Agency which provides help for elderly people and property services who offer plumbing and gas services. The property services is a commercial company providing a wide range of gas, electrical and maintenance services. It is NICEIC and CORGI registered.
Services Providing homes that meet local needs which includes some sheltered housing and supported living accommodation.

Housing, EM Property Services Ltd who undertake gas repairs and maintenance, home improvement agency, Hadhari-Nari Women's Project, garden makeover business know as Redwelly.
