Purpose

Both Jon and Sam have experienced the challenges of supporting ageing parents first-hand. Jon explains, “We had a bad experience finding care for Mum and Dad who were being failed by the system. The realisation set in very quickly that there were a lot of poor quality home care providers. Living so far away, to help and support them made things extremely difficult for us.”“This has driven our enthusiasm to want to make a difference in the care sector, and raise the quality and standards of care provided. We also feel it’s really important to make sure that older people are made more aware of their choices and families are supported.”Jon and Sam hope to welcome you as part of the Radfield family, whether as a client or carer very soon.
