| Eligibility Criteria | Cancer patients, survivors, carers and supporters, who are seeking 1-1 telephone Buddy support, can call us and/or request a Referral Form by contacting us by telephone or email. Likewise, we are happy to take referrals from healthcare professionals (on the part of those affected by cancer) who may also contact us using the telephone and email details below.
