Purpose We are a social enterprise delivering a 12 session program to ladies who have left domestic abuse relationships. The purpose is to find who they are as many share that they would like to find who they are or would like to be who they were before the domestic abuse.
The program aims to support and develop a positive mind-set, improve their lifestyle and achieve their full potential.
Services The sessions run once a week for three hours and attendees receive all resources required to help them participate fully in the activities. Sessions include information, discussion, self-reflection, meditation, Art Therapy, mindfulness and expert guest speakers. Subjects covered include goal setting, nutrition, sleep and exercise, developing a circle of support and being aware of different personality types.
